本服务协议（以下简称“协议”）是您与本应用开发者之间的协议，规定了您使用本应用的条款和条件。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读本协议。使用本应用即表示您已阅读、理解并同意遵守本协议的全部内容。

1. 许可及权利 本应用授予您在遵守本协议的前提下，免费使用本应用的非排他性、不可转让的许可。您不得将本应用用于任何违法活动。
2. 用户行为 您承诺在使用本应用过程中，遵守法律法规，尊重他人的合法权益。您应对您使用本应用及产生的任何后果承担全部责任。
3. 知识产权 本应用的所有权及知识产权归开发者所有。未经许可，您不得以任何形式复制、修改、出售或用于任何商业目的。
4. 免责声明 本应用在不会收集和上传用户产生的各种数据，在默认情况下，应用数据将只被储存在用户设备中。对于可能产生的数据泄露和丢失，本应用概不负责。
5. 协议的修改 本应用有权随时修改本协议的任何条款，如果您不同意修改后的协议，请立即停止使用本应用。

Welcome to Ramble (hereinafter referred to as "the Application").

xThis service agreement ("Agreement") is between you and the developer of the Application and sets out the terms and conditions for your use of the Application. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Application. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by this Agreement in its entirety.

1. License and Rights The Application grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application free of charge, subject to this Agreement. You may not use the Application for any illegal activity.
2. User Conduct You undertake to comply with laws and regulations and to respect the legal rights of others in the use of the Application. You are solely responsible for your use of the Application and any consequences arising from it.
3. Intellectual property rights The ownership and intellectual property rights of this application belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, sell or use it in any form for any commercial purpose without permission.
4. Disclaimers The application does not collect and upload all kinds of data generated by the user and, by default, the application data will only be stored on the user's device. The application is not responsible for any possible data leakage or loss.
5. Modification of the Agreement The Application reserves the right to modify any of the terms of this Agreement at any time and if you do not agree to the modified Agreement, please stop using the Application immediately.
